No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our subscription model and product sourcing, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with box contents, duplicate items, or missed shipments caused by incorrect address information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any item in your box arrives broken or damaged due to a manufacturer defect, we’ve got your back. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Non-Covered Issues Include:
